Youthful sparkling wine, with a quite vivid mousse, pale colour, light-green straw colour on the rim. Fresh nose with some floral hints, ripe lemon, lime, yellow apple; a hint of sweetness there. Youthful and fresh bite on the palate, still in a quite young phase. Feels rather dry, not too much dosage; with quite meaty, chunky apple must, pear. Creamy texture, fresh and vibrant, with a medium to long finish.
