Dark ruby red with a purple hue. Intense nose with floral notes, dark berries, cassis, cherry, some new wood and roasted coffee. The palate is dense and concentrated with layers of roasted dark fruit, plenty of tannin but well polished and refreshing, giving the palate a lift, nicely integrated wood, some hints of vanilla and sweet spice. Long, lingering and warm finish. Really good with a fine potential.
