Dark ruby red colour with a dense purple core. Intense nose, some evolution, some new wood, dark cherry, cassis, dried herbs, sage and aniseed. The palate is full bodied, starting to soften, with tannins about to integrate, good stuffing and substance, fresh backbone, bright dark fruit, cherry and cassis notes with a long, dense finish.
