Inky dark core with a slight maturity on the rim. Youthful and pure aromas offering some new oak and butterscotch with inky dark fruit - cassis, black cherry, plum with fine leather, tobacco and sage. The palate is dense with good layers, youthful with a tannic richness, yet no hard edges, a good sense of freshness paired with dark and crunchy fruit, very good length. still youthful and restrained but fine potential for development.
