Bright straw colour with a copper hue and young vivid bubbles. Youthful nose displaying plum, crushed red berries, mild spice like clove, ginger and pain d´épice, with a slight autolytic biscuity presence. The palate is generous, rather full with a creamy texture, fresh red berry fruit with some citrus notes, mild spices, classic dosage level and long finish.
