Bright light golden with a fine vivid mousse. The nose shows fine toast and nutty notes with an aoutolytic brioche/butter presence together with plum and wild berries. Good grip on the palate, a rather ripe and rounded palate with fine bitterness, zesty flavours, nutty but in an unoaked/non-oxidative style with generous fruit and long grippy finish.
