Canonica a Cerreto – San Diavolo – 2008

Dense ruby red core and a tawny rim. The nose is traditional with some mature notes, dry spices, leather and dark fruit. The palate is dense and firm with high extract but nice fruit - plum and cassis, still a bit tannic on the finish but long persistence.
