Cantina Cavallini – Pedrinate – 2011

Dark purple core. The nose is rather elegant with finely roasted notes, hints of wild berries and dark plum. The palate is still youthful with high acidity/tannin but good fruit, rather long finish and integrated wood, should soften another few years.
