Dark ruby core with a purple hue. Quite elegant and layered nose of fresh berries, cassis, fine wood, gently roasted with leather and plum, good weight, well distributed tannin, fresh backbone, juicy dark fruit, a herbal spiciness and long finish, potent for long ageing.
