Cantina d’Isera – Brut Riserva – 2012

Light golden colour with young fine bubbles. The nose is rather tropical with pineapple and apricot notes. The palate has medium weight, more restrained than the nose with good grip and extract, a fresh acidity and creamy mousse with sweet yellow fruit, candied citrus peel and a rather long, warm and broad finish.
