Cantina d’Isera – Extra Brut – NV

Bright light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Pure nose displaying yellow fruit, some herbal notes like mint with grape and lemon zest. The palate has good grip rather full, yet bone dry with a fresh nerve and fine creaminess, elegant fruit with citrus notes, flavour intense with good length and persistency.
