White wine with a light golden nuance. Really beautiful nose, very floral here, displaying notes of really sweet grapes, honey, some chamomile and then plenty of sweet fruit in there. Really pure and alluring. The palate is marked by some sweetness. I wouldn't call it really sweet, it is not really what people would call a dessert wine, rather in the off-dry, semi-sweet range. Quite light in terms of structure. I really like that this sweetness is balanced by a really vibrant and fresh acidity. Then we have a lot of those ripe, fruity, notes coming through there; ripe citrus, pear and that grapey, floral element. Nice purity and length, rather a style of sweet wine I would like to start the meal with. I mean there is a lot of combinations and pairings you can do with it, but not super sweet. So a very nice example.
