Cantina Merano Winery – Merlot Riserva Freiherr – 2022

Medium to deep garnet with a youthful purple hue. Pure nose offering ripe plum, red berries, mild spice like clove and pepper with a gentle touch of oak and butterscotch. The palate is dense with good volume, a rounded and supple texture with grainy tannin, succulent young fruit with mild spices a balancing acidity, integrated oak and fine length.
