Cantina Santadi – Cala Silente – 2020

Bright light straw colour. Pure and aromatic nose with lime, lemongrass, pale stone fruit and some flinty notes. Good extract and grip, a fresh backbone, crisp young fruit, with an almost saline finish and good length.
