Dark garnet core and a mature ruby rim. Complex nose with good layers - some balsamic hints, sweet plum and wild berries with wild herbs, licorice, tobacco and truffle with mild oak. Ample palate, good volume with a polished texture, rounded tannin, a complex spiciness with sweet fruit flavours leading to a long and supple finish.
