Medium to deep ruby/purple hue. Intense nose, generous new oak, some balsamic hints, red cherry, vermouth-like spiciness. The palate is dense and fresh, still young and restrained but good proportions of oak, acidity, fruit and tannin with a dense and long finish. Ambitious and youthful just needing time to develop harmony and complexity.
