Dark purple core and a ruby rim. The nose displays some mature notes of earth and truffle paired with ripe dark berries and an herbal spiciness. Dense and weighty palate with plenty of tannin starting to soften, sweet dark fruit flavours with sage, mint and some oak derived flavours in the background. Powerful and long finish.
