Medium deep ruby red colour with a mature rim. The nose displays red cherry, ginger, clove, some oak and balsamic notes. The palate is rather full, high acidity and tannin but starting to soften with pure red fruit flavours, sour cherry and a fine spiciness, good length, starting to mature and display complexity now.
