Medium deep golden with a light creamy mousse. Rather bold and exotic nose of tropical fruit, pepper, dry spices and candied citrus. The palate is full bodied rather robust with some tannic presence, ripe yellow fruit, a mild acidity, creamy mousse and unctuous finish, interesting and full of character but perhaps not with elegance of fine sparkling wine.
