Inky dark core. Pure nose, generous new oak and vanilla with roasted notes, dark fruit, kirsch and blackberry notes. The palate is lush and slightly sweet with ripe dark fruit, mild tannin and sweet spiciness. Balanced for its style, yet with some present oak and a long, warm, slightly alcoholic finish.
