Caparzo – 2013

Medium deep ruby colour with a tawny rim. Mature nose displaying dry spices, dried fruit, prune and some wood/butterscotch. Dense palate with high acidity and restrained fruit, more of the spicy and woody notes today needing time to open. It has length and structure but appears a bit dry for now.
