Capezzana – Vin Santo di Carmignano – 2007

Amber colour, very complex and mature nose in an oxidative style with notes of malt, dried figs, dates, honey, spices and tobacco. The palate displays a very unctuous sweetness and viscous texture, intense but layered and nuanced with nice fruit, spice and complex notes, very long and lingering finish.
