Rather deep pink with a copper hue and lively mousse. Fresh red berries, plum, ginger, clove and some nutty notes. Nice palate combining rich red fruit flavours with a crisp acidity, some autolytic pastry and nutty notes with balanced mousse and a long crisp finish.
