Developed medium to deep golden colour with a still vivid mousse. Mature and nutty nose with nougat, candied citrus, dired apricot and pastry notes. The palate shows a mature sweetness yet remaining dry with a the presence and a bright acidity, mild and integrated bubbles, nutty and spice with an aged complexity and long complex finish.
