Deep dark purple colour. The nose offers some wood, leather and barnyard/brett with ripe dark fruit. The palate is dense with a high extraction, the tannins a bit drying at present, dense and fairly long but still tight and unresolved with brett and animal notes, deserving to soften considerably.
