Refined and elegant, sits somewhere between Burgundian pinot and Loire cab franc. Medium weight but good flavour intensity, soft tannin, finely spicy red fruit, crushed raspberry, pepper, a refreshing herbal spiciness, with sage and bay leaf leading to a long and silky finish.
