Cascina Castlet – Passum – 2009

Dark ruby red core with and aged rim, some developed notes, dried cherry, spices, ginger and plum with a hint of wood, rather full palate, nice texture with fine tannin, fresh red fruit, a complex spiciness and long warm finish, juicy and attractive.
