Medium deep ruby red with a lighter rim. Mature nose in a traditional long oak aged style, dried tomato, dried herbs, cherry and red berries with some floral notes and a hint of (old or large) oak. Voluminous palate, dense but rounded extract with grainy tannin, a high level of acidity and mature fruit appearing sweet even if it remains dry, an approaching complexity and maturity with good layers and a long finish in a complex traditional style.
