Casir dos Santos – Estate Cabernet Sauvignon – 2015

Inky dark purple colour. Pure nose with floral dark fruit, cassis and plum, high ripeness but modest oak. Rather dense and ample palate with young tannin, yet no harshness, juicy dark berry flavours, some aniseed and herbal spices on the finish, good length.
