Castel Faglia – Brut – 2011

Pale straw colour with a green hue and mellow mousse. Fresh nose with lime, lemongrass, pear and melon with a floral/herbal spiciness. The palate is still youthful and restrained but good freshness and purity with a mild creaminess. Fresh distinct and long finish.
