Castel Faglia – Dosage Zéro – 2014

Youthful bright light golden colour with vivid small bubbles. Youthful nose showing pale stone fruit, lime, fresh almond and some floral notes. The palate is bone dry and well-balanced, a fresh spine, youthful but ripe fruit with zest flavours, white peach, plum and a gentle creamy mousse, good grip and length. Still youthful and will benefit from longer ageing but well-balanced Extra Brut style.
