Castel Faglia – Saten – NV

Bright light golden colour. Intense rather small bubbles. Pure nose of lemon confit, stone fruits, lemongrass and mint with some creamy/buttery notes. Fresh and pure palate, ripe Chardonnay flavours with sweet citrus, white peach and a youthful but mild mousse, a fresh acidity, pleasant fruit and good length.
