Castel Mimi – Rosu de Bulboaca – 2014

Deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Ambitious nose with new oak, spice box, ripe dark fruit and leather. Youthful and full bodied palate, still on the young side but no hard edges, tannins starting to soften, well-underlined oak and a mild spiciness with juicy dark fruit and a long lasting finish.
