Castell d’Encus – Quest – 2013

Dark purple colour. Herbal nose of green pepper, herbs, cassis and some new oak. The palate shows medium weight and density, still a bit restrained with spicy green notes, red and black currant flavour, dense tannin, fresh acid and rather long, just a bit young with some austerity and greenness, like old school Bordeaux.
