Castell d’Encus – Taleia – 2015

Bright pale straw colour with a green hue. Youthful and layered nose with grassy and herbal notes, lime, lemongrass and ginger notes. The palate has medium body but with a dense texture, good grip and extract, very fresh and salivating with spicy green notes like lemongrass and lime zest. Long and persistent finish, elegant in a firm and restrained style.
