Castello Bonomi – Dosaggio Zero – 2009

Bright light golden colour. Lively fine bubbles. The nose is very vinous with some new oak, autolytic notes of fresh butter and nougat with elegant stone fruit and citrus. The palate is powerful and bold, nicely balanced by a bright acidity, fine creamy mousse, zesty fruit, well integrated oak, candied citrus notes, vanilla and ginger with a long and fresh finish, nice example combining power and freshness.
