Youthful straw colour with a light golden hue and fine mousse. The nose is pure and flinty with notes of pale stone fruit, fresh citrus with ginger and lemongrass. The palate has nice density and purity with a bright freshness, creamy mousse and layers of stone fruit, it starts out discreetly but opens up and lingers with a nice finish, persistent with good layers and complexity.
