Dense dark core with a mature rim. Mature nose with fine perfume of ripe red berries, tobacco, dry spices, gently roasted notes, caramel, mocha and cassis. The palate is dense and mature with fine extract, nicely layered with grainy tannin, sweet fruit, a fresh backbone, compelling spiciness and a very long supple finish.
