The core is still inky and dense with a mature orange rim. Complex nose with some maturity, sous bois, truffle, raspberry confiture, plum, tobacco and some oak. Ample palate, still a youthful tannic presence and high acidity, attractive fruit and spiciness with good length, just still needing some time to soften.
