Castello di Gabbiano – Riserva – 2013

Developed ruby colour. Youthful nose with some new oak, vanilla, red currant, cherry and some herbal notes. The palate is medium bodied with young tannin, a high acidity, restrained red fruit, a herbal spiciness and medium to long finish. A rather restrained style that should still benefit from some further ageing.
