Deep ruby core and some maturity on the rim. Some maturity and evolution on the nose as well with fine notes of leather, tobacco, cassis and dark cherry. The palate is dense still with a youthful tannic bite and ripe dark fruit with sage and fine spices, fresh and balanced with good length and approaching complexity, still just a hint of unresolved tannin on the aftertaste.
