Castello di Modanella – Poggio Montino – 2007

Dense ruby core and an aged rim. The nose has some evolution, hints of dried cherry, plum and truffle. The palate has fairly high acidity/ tannin red and dark cherry notes, some herbal spiciness and medium towards long finish.
