Dark garnet core and hue. Intense nose, slightly balsamic but pure with darker fruit notes, ripe cherry, tobacco, leaf, cocoa and mild oak. Dense and concentrated palate, starting to open, rich in tannin but fine polish, unctuous dark fruit and crème de cassis notes nicely restrained by a fresh acidity followed by a long and vigorous finish.
