Castello Vicchiomaggio – Ripa delle More – 2015

Dense dark core and a lighter rim. The nose offers ripe dark fruit, leather, some wood, tobacco, cassis and cherry. The palate is still youthful, on the tannic side but balanced with potential for ageing, red and dark fruit notes with dry spices and good length.
