Castellroig Finca Sabaté i Coca – Gran Reserva – 2011

Pale straw colour with a green hue and fine lively bubbles. Rather youthful nose of almond, chamomile, green apple, citrus and some wood it seems. The palate has medium weight and a youthful freshness, crushed apple and citrus flavour with a creamy mousse and medium to long finish.
