Castellroig Finca Sabaté i Coca – Reserva Familiar – 2010

Light golden colour with a vivid mousse. Fine and layered nose with crushed nuts, ripe stone fruit, some flinty notes and a hint of oak it seems. The palate is bright with good bite, vinous and textured with a fine nuttiness and creamy mouth feel underlined by a bright acidity and ripe yellow fruit. Very good bite and length, pure precise and vinous. Could still develop but drinks really well.
