Bright medium deep golden colour with lively fine bubbles. Some maturity on the nose, roasted nuts, maybe some oak with rather Chardonnay-driven yellow fruit, citrus and floral hints. Good grip on the palate, fine proportions with balanced extract, mild creaminess a bright acidity and ripe stone fruit flavours with a long and nutty finish.
