Medium deep ruby red colour with an orange rim. Pure red fruit and sour cherry on the nose with dry spices, ginger, pepper and clove with some wood notes. The palate is dense, rather high tannin but starting to soften, fresh red fruit, cherry and fine spices underneath good grip and length. Well-made in a classic firm style.
