Pale straw colour with a green hue and vivid fine bubbles. Pure nose displaying chalky notes, lemongrass, lime, white peach, pear and some brioche notes. Firm and grippy palate with a bright freshness, youthful but balanced with low dosage, discreet fruit flavours, soft and creamy mousse with a fine length.
