Light to medium deep golden colour with a fine mousseux. Some maturity and autolys on the nose, nutty with quince, pear and plum aromas. More youthful on the palate with a fresh acidity and grippy mousse. Crushed apple and citrus flavours with some nuttiness and a fairly long finish.
